Gifts by AnnLee offers a verity of personalized gifts and it is our plan to ensure that every piece is perfect for the customer. To ensure happiness with the produce Gifts by AnnLee will send proofs for the customer to verify. Accepting of these proofs, is an agreement of product satisfaction. Returns will always be considered when craftmanship is at question. There We will always make it right. However, on personalized items Gifts by AnnLee will only decide on returns based on craftmanship. At what point a new Item will be produced and shipped to the customer per their request. Refunds will be issued if the item is defective and of poor craftmanship. All Items wishing to be returned that are not personalized may be subject to a restock fee unless issue of poor craftsmanship is detected. If the items is returned and is broken and or rendered non-resalable there will be no refund unless poor craftmanship is detected. Appeal is return able unless the tags are removed and the signs that it was worn are noted. The goal at Gifts by AnnLee is to provide a quality produce for the a fair price and returns for malicious actions will not be accepted as this would create unfair and equal quality pricing for others. We will stand by the products and crafts that is sold by Gifts by AnnLee and we expect our customers to review and provide feedback as this only will make the products better. There will be no return issued after 15 days of purchase, please review item when received as waiting will cause return issues if needed.
